Metal Fiber Knitted Sleeves
1) 100% stainless steel fiber knitted sleeve has high temperature resistance within 700℃. It is mainly used for transporting rollers into and out of the furnace at the end of the furnace. Avoid traces of dust on hot glass.
2) 100% iron chromium aluminum (FeCrAl) alloy fiber knitted sleeve has high temperature resistance within 1000℃. It is mainly used for the inner part of the roller hearth furnace at the end. Avoid traces of dust on hot glass.
3) The metal fiber knitted sleeve of 70% stainless steel fiber mixed with 30% aramid combines stainless steel high temperature resistance with PBO softness. It is mainly used for straight and curved rolls within a working temperature of 350℃.
4) The knitted sleeve of 70% stainless steel fiber mixed with 30% PBO combines stainless steel high temperature resistance with PBO insulation. It is mainly used for straight and curved rolls within the working temperature range of 500℃
